The special design of the rubber cap with the overflow cut off float assembly ensures reliable vacuum all the item during use. The third option is a Spray coag for wide area superficial non-contact coagulation. Similarly for bipolar cogulation there are two modes. Macro coagulation for powerful wide area contact coagulation and Micro coagulation for pin point coagulation in applications like ENT, Neuro, etc

An Inbuilt gas warmer provides warm CO2 at trocar minimizing fogging and all disadvantages of chilled gas entering abdomen. Continuous gas flow controller ensures stable abdominal distention during surgery.
Front Panel Displays include Cylinder pressure, low pressure indicator, Preset Pressure, Actual pressure, Preset Flow rate, Actual Flow rate and Pumped gas volume counter with Reset button.
Tumescent liposuction involves injecting a large amount of medicated solution into the areas before the fat is removed. The fluid is a mixture of local anesthetic (lidocaine), a second drug that contracts the blood vessels (epinephrine), and an IV solution like saline. The IV solution helps remove the fat more easily and it is suctioned out along with the fat. This method of liposuction has gained acceptance by the Indian medical practitioners in a very short span of time. The easy accessibility to modern equipment like Tulip Combi means that not only cosmetic surgeons but general surgeons with training in this area are foraying into this new sector.
Tulip Combi is a combination surgical pump system used in tumescent liposuction procedures for fast removal of body fat from subcuteneous layers. The infiltration pump is provided with a variable flow rate (30-300 ml/min) control through a footswitch for precise infusion of tumescent fluid. The infused volume per fat pocket/body limb as well as cumulative infused volume can be digitally monitored.
The oil less piston vacuum pump produces a high vacuum ( -730mm Hg) at a high evacuation rate ( 90 litres/min) capable of sucking out even the stickiest fat mass. A speed control for flow rate is very smooth and it is variable from 30ml/min to 300ml/min enabling the surgeon to perform all variety of surgeries with precise footswitch control provided for the infiltration pump. There is smooth control for vacuum variation through a regulator on the front panel and the OIL LESS double piston suction pump ensures silent and maintenance free operation. A changeover valve helps selection either one or both of the suction jars, which means in an event of a longer cases, two surgeons can use the equipment simultaneously.
